Learn and Test on 3 components of skills based off the Tri Fitness Challenge
20 inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
60% W, 80% M Bench Press
20 Foot Shuttle RunSaturday, 16 April : 10:30am-12:30pm @ McTS
Obstacle Course Training on the major obstacle of the course
10 foot Wall
15 foot Cargo Net
Also included Over/Under Bars, High Knee Grid, Balance Beam, HurdlesSaturday, 16 April : 2pm-4pm @ F&M (rain McTS)
Run through a MOC ground course of the 160 yard obstacle course, then participate in track training session.
(Rain participate in Boot Camp style workout at McMillan Training Systems)
Cost : $50
After the training event, we will be hosting a cookout, more information to follow at camp.
This training is based off of Al Rosen's Tri Fitness Challenge. Competitions are held twice a year in St. Petersburg, Florida. Al also runs camps through out the country yearly.
